Kismet Healing is honored to be a part of the faculty for Awaken as Love. Carol discovered this organization while searching for a path of growth and learning for herself. All of her boxes were checked - intellectual stimulation, sensuality and embodiment practices, dance and movement, and an invitation to connect more deeply with nature, as well as other like-minded individuals. Now she is thrilled to host the first women’s edition at her beloved Casa Ixchel, in Chelem, Mexico.

Where Will I Stay?
Carol discovered Chelem, Yucatan, Mexico, three years ago. The moment she arrived, she knew she was home. In typical fashion, she followed her heart and intuition vs advice from others, and immediately purchased a home,Casa Ixchel, during her stay in this charming, working fishing village. This property , located in a quiet neighborhood, a three minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico, has six bedrooms and bathrooms, a private courtyard, swimming pool, and rooftop terraces. Carol has been busy adding the finishing touches to create a boutique retreat and healing arts space. She is beyond excited to share it with others who appreciate quiet, simple elegance.
Additional Lodging
Carol has made a sweet connection with a local woman who owns a quaint cabana hotel nearby to house guests. Transportation to and from Casa Ixchel have also been arranged.
